David A. Goldoff is the Founder and President of Camelot Realty Group, a New York real estate operator, investor, and entrepreneur with a platform spanning property management leadership, brokerage, investment acquisitions, owner representation, and relationship-driven deal flow.
With more than 20 years of experience managing, operating, and acquiring residential and commercial properties across New York, David brings a rare combination of boutique service and institutional systems: transparent reporting, financial discipline, building-level accountability, and practical technology adoption.
"A great real estate relationship is not transactional. It is built through responsiveness, judgment, access, trust, and hands-on leadership."
Based in Manhattan, his leadership touches REBNY recognition, RED Awards recognition, owner and board relationships, capital partnerships, and a deep network of NYC property managers, resident managers, investors, vendors, lenders, and operators. David is also a philanthropist who believes real estate relationships should create community impact — through Camelot Cares and charitable event sponsorship, including Golf for a Cure.
David has been in real estate since 2000, learning the business alongside his father, Barry Goldoff, and uncle, Robert Goldoff — identical twins and lifelong partners whose real estate work dates back to the 1980s.
As hands-on owners, developers, landlords, investors, and operators, Barry and Robert taught David to think like an owner: stay prepared, negotiate with discipline, communicate directly, earn trust over time, and keep composure when situations get difficult.
Their example went beyond transactions. They valued restaurants, wine, golf, humor, good company, and genuine relationships, showing David that serious business works best when people remain approachable, respectful, and real.
Founded in 2006, Camelot carries that legacy forward: building long-term relationships with serious real estate professionals, solving problems with transparency, and creating value through disciplined execution.
